Javafit for me is a Perfect fit!

I've been drinking coffee since my teens and fortunately for me, I take my coffee black. It's all that sugar and milk people add to their coffee that makes it an unhealthy drink. The fact is that coffee is loaded with powerful antioxidants, nutrients that help prevent tissue damage by neutralizing free radical stress, and it contains healthy amounts of magnesium and chromium, which help the body to use insulin more effectively. So imagine now if you take the great foundation of coffee and add some additional nutrients to it to give it an even greater boost of health and wellness, and that is exactly what Javafit has done! It truly is a great tasting premium coffee.

I invite you to go to the Javafit webpage to learn more about this product and how you can earn money sharing with others the Youngevity line of nutritional products. The concept that I like about this opportunity is that I'm not buying any more product than I'm already consuming. Think about it, my habit used to be to stop at the convenience store and get a cup of coffee for about a dollar. The cost for the Javafit is on par with that and it's blended with nutrients to make it even more healthy than that regular old coffee in my cup. Nice.

Next month I plan on checking out the BTT Beyond Tangy Tangerine. Same concept above applies to this drink that is a replacement for fountain “health” drinks that I consume gallons of to stay hydrated. I'll let you know my impression on the taste, etc. You can go to Beyond Tangy now if you like and then go to empyrean.youngevityonline.com to purchase or sign up as a distributor so you can start earning money.

Take health care into your own hands

What a novel idea that; lifted from the governments “Health Care” website. The ‘‘Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act’’is 2409 tedious pages of bureaucratic gibberish. Not a fun read but I'm finding some interesting things.

SEC. 1555. FREEDOM NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN FEDERAL
17 HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAMS.
18 No individual, company, business, nonprofit entity, or
19 health insurance issuer offering group or individual health
20 insurance coverage shall be required to participate in any
21 Federal health insurance program created under this Act
22 (or any amendments made by this Act), or in any Federal
23 health insurance program expanded by this Act (or any
24 such amendments), and there shall be no penalty or fine
1 imposed upon any such issuer for choosing not to partici-
2pate in such programs. pg. 362-3a

I hope that this means what I take it as, that I will not be forced to provide or purchase Obamacare at gun point. I don't relish the idea of being a slave to this system. I prefer to be left alone in my natural free state. "The right to be let alone is indeed the beginning of all freedom." -- U.S. Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas

What's your take on Sec. 1555?

An epiphany at McDonald's

Free WiFi that's the main reason I go to McDonald’s but I also eat something there and recently I've decided I want to be healthy. Dr. Wallach says never eat fried food. Now that's just not easily done especially at a fast food place. O.K so I looked at the menu and come across the Chicken Snack Wrap, which you can get grilled or crispy (i.e. fried, now not a valid choose for me) with some flavorful sauces. I like the chipotle-barbacue. So for the past couple of weeks I've been getting hooked on this new “better” habit. So far so good but I do have concern about the tortilla, which we eat way too many of here on the border. At least it seems to be less bread than a bun.

Crisis, confusion, perplexity arise with my order one fine evening Sunday. My CSW is made with ranch dressing instead of my favorite chipotle-barbacue sauce. Oh, the horror of it and the piece of chicken was puny to boot. Up to this time all my previous orders have been delightfully delicious being a satisfying value. Though I am loathe to complain it can't be helped due to the uneatable ranch dressing. I explained the situation to the young manager and he said he'd get me another one. But something got lost in translation as the next CSW was made with ranch dressing still and the meat had been changed to “crispy”. Again I explained the travesty to the manager and he agreeably offered another. Finally, my CSW came out grilled with chipotle-barbacue sauce but by this time I was obsessing. So I mentioned to the manager that I thought the meat portion was small as on other occasions I'd gotten a CSW that was overflowing with big pieces of chicken so that I'd become rather addicted to the CSW and had high expectations. He offered to make me another one and let me have the one with the little pieces of chicken. Nice.

Well, all this nonsense got me to rethinking my choose. Was it really more healthy than what I'd been ordering before? Verification was in order so I asked for a nutrition brochure that McDonald's has on their products. Caloric value for my CSW is 260, which methinks is not too bad but could that be improved I pondered. The manager brought me the make the customer satisfied CSW and I thanked him and then opened it up. It was grilled chicken thank goodness but it had the the ranch dressing, ugh! Well, I just was not going to go back and complain any more so I had to come up with another viable solution. That's when I had my epiphany at McDonald's. I asked for a fork and ate the chicken only and I realized that I could do it this way each time with this order. I remembered a suggestion I heard on the Dr. Wallach show that next time would reduce the caloric value even more. Here's what I'm going to do. I'll order the CSW dry, i.e without any sauce and ask for a fork. I will then also ask for a single serving cup of chipotle-barbacue sauce which I will dip my fork in, to get the taste of my favorite sauce and then eat just the chicken, lettuce and the little bit of cheese leaving the tortilla for the birds.

The time has come for me to commence a new venture. After researching the topic of health, which is of increasing concern to me and I know to many others, I have come to the conclusion that most illness is due to poor nutrition. Specifically mineral deficiencies seem to be area of major concern.

According to Dr. Wallach many diseases are curable when we feed our bodies with the proper minerals, vitamins and fatty acids. Piking is a condition where animals including humans will gnaw on or eat odd things because of the body's graving for a missing nutrient. I would guess that is why many of us over-eat. I'm not a doctor though but Mr. Wallach is and I encourage you to listen to his radio program and if you want to get healthy please go to my website empyrean.youngevityonline.com for more information and/or to sign up to buy product or become a distributor yourself.

I did not get into this rashly but after about a month of listening to the radio program and reading up on the topic here and there on the internet it seemed to me that FDI Youngevity is the best company to go with for health products to use and promote. I choose the low key $10 sign up option. I'm not into a lot of supper hype and excitement about big business. I do believe that gradual building up a network of associates is beneficial for all involved. You improve your health, which is a savings of doctors bills plus you put yourself in line to profit as your distributorship grows.

At Least His House is Paid off but ...

A final mortgage payment made with 62,000 pennies by Thomas Daigle of Milford, Massachusetts sounds so for very quaint. Yet was that really a course of wisdom or was there perhaps a better way. Pennies of the vintage 1982 and older are worth more than a mere cent. Supposing that half of his pennies were the older ones that would come out to a total melt value of $69,706.60 There's your mortgage and then some. Keep the rest of the pennies for a rainy day.

Now it's true that actually melting the pennies for the copper is illegal but one can roll them and sell to collectors and that is what methinks would have been the wiser course. Also in the process one should look for the wheat pennies that are even more collectable. I also pick up pennies and then spend the newer less valuable ones and I keep the others as a fun small hobby type “investment”.

Nickels are 75% copper and 25% nickel and of late have been ranging in at par value. When melt value equals face value it's time to start keeping nickels aside and that time has come. There have been reports that the government wants to change the composition of the cent and nickel so they don't lose money when stamping them for distribution.

Royals: Oh give me BREAK!

Every time I hear about “royals” I shake my head in wonderment. Is humanity not mature enough after so years advancement to get passed the idea of “royals”? I imagine the first “royals” where the most effective bullies who took control of groups of families living together in near proximity. My hats off to Mike Hasting who let his claim of being a “royal” slide. You can read a little about him here: http://news.yahoo.com/rightful-heir-british-monarchy-dies-australia-101205966.html

Researching “royals” is not so easy unless you want to read up on a baseball team from Kansas. So I typed in “british royals concep... and google suggested “conspiracy” and I love conspiracies so here's a link: http://www.conspiracyplanet.com/channel.cfm?channelid=67&contentid=1102&page=2 and another to the Sholnick report: http://www.skolnicksreport.com/

Another way of expressing the idea of “royal” is elite, upper class. Now you can not exalt one person without debasing another. Do you want to be the one who is looked down on, snubbed, considered as nothing more than mere chattel? That does not appeal to me.
